- Site Preparation & Maintenance: Clean, prepare, and maintain construction sites, removing hazards and rubble.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Machine Operation: Use heavy-duty equipment (including but not limited to bulldozers, excavators, rock truck, front end loaders and skid steers) to move, push, spread, and grade dirt, sand, rock, and debris.
- Site Prep & Grading: Align, level, and grade terrain to specific elevations according to site plans.
- Maintenance: Perform daily walk-arounds, check fluids, grease equipment, and perform minor, operator-level repairs.
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience/Training: Previous experience in heavy equipment operation or vocational training is preferred.
- Skills: Strong spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, and technical understanding of hydraulic attachments.

- Site Layout & Staking: marking out grades, roads, fences, plantings and other job features using a trimble gps system.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Performing topographic surveys to determine land shape and elevation, utilizing GPS
- As-Built Surveys: record the conditions of the jobsite after the work is completed or as it is being done.
- Equipment Management: Setting up, maintaining, and operating surveying equipment such as gps and total station.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD, surveying software, and mathematical principles (trigonometry, geometry) preferred
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or surveying technology, or similar experience in the field.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and traverse uneven terrain.
- Communication: Excellent teamwork skills to coordinate with construction managers, engineers, and clients.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transport to jobsites or the office.
